Technical Improvements
Accessibility Documentation Expansion
Published comprehensive accessibility documentation with 5 new dedicated assessment pages:
Multi-standard compliance: Created detailed public-facing assessments for WCAG 2.1 AA (99%), EN 301 549 (95-98%), ADA/AODA (99%), and CAN-ASC-6.2:2025 (70-85%), totaling 1,843 lines of React components.
Public transparency: All assessment pages include executive summaries, detailed compliance matrices, gap analyses, and remediation timelines—demonstrating our commitment to accessibility transparency.
Strategic positioning: Accessibility documentation supports enterprise procurement by providing the compliance evidence that regulated industries require.
Blog Infrastructure Enhancement
Implemented comprehensive featured image system across the entire blog:
Featured image & video support: Added featuredImage, videoUrl, and videoDuration fields to blog system, updated sync-blog-artifacts.mjs to include new fields in manifest, and modified blog.ts to fetch featured images from posts.

Infrastructure Investment
The blog enhancement work may seem purely cosmetic, but it serves strategic purposes:
Professional credibility: Featured images signal production quality and attention to detail that enterprise buyers expect.
Content discoverability: Visual thumbnails improve content navigation and engagement, making it easier for prospects to find relevant material.
Scalability: Automated scripts and comprehensive documentation enable efficient content management as we scale publishing.
Accessibility: All new images are optimized for web performance and include alt text, descriptive filenames, and posts now have dynamic abbreviations for screen readers.
Analytics foundation: PostHog integration prepares for data-driven content optimization and user behavior insights. We have not made any changes to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, as none were needed to support these improvements. We still have no cookies or invasive tracking such as Google Analytics.
These improvements support the Founding Partner Program by ensuring prospects encounter professional, well-organized content that builds confidence in PAICE as an enterprise solution.
