Weekly Update - March 23, 2026: Server-side rendering, PAICE Pro live, and content momentum.

A high-output week on both the main branch and behind the scenes. The SSR prerender feature branch merged into production, delivering a major SEO and performance upgrade. Content publishing continued at daily pace with two FAQs, a scoring guide, and another whitepaper-driven video. PAICE Pro v1 code is live and the official launch announcement is tomorrow.

Technical Improvements

Server-Side Rendering (SSR) Merged

Merged the feat/ssr-prerender branch, replacing our Puppeteer-based prerender with React 18's native renderToPipeableStream. Blog routes now prerender with full data context, no loading spinners in the initial HTML. Per-page meta tags, JSON-LD structured data, per-post og:image, and <noscript> article content are all injected at build time. This is the single biggest SEO and performance improvement we've shipped this quarter, ensuring search engines and social platforms see complete, structured content on first request.

AI Agent Discovery and PWA Support

Added llms.txt and agents.json for AI agent and LLM crawler discovery, along with manifest.json and browserconfig.xml for progressive web app support. Daily news sitemap generation is now part of CI. These changes position PAICE for discoverability across both traditional search and the emerging agentic web.

TypeScript Cleanup and Bug Fixes

Resolved all outstanding TypeScript errors across the codebase (881 insertions, 635 deletions), fixed React Hooks violations in WhitepaperDetail, removed redundant dependencies, and corrected sample score page history checks. The codebase is now fully clean against strict TypeScript compilation.

Added a pre-assessment entry screen for the /individual flow, now mirroring the /cohort flow with a clear call to action.

Internationalization: Urdu Assessment Now Available for Testing

The PAICE assessment flow is now available for testing in Urdu — our first non-English language. This is the precursor to upcoming releases in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German. Open Source Projects

The SSR and agent discovery work this week produced two new standalone projects:

Siteline — A tool born from our SSR prerender pipeline, now extracted as its own project for broader use.
Graceful Boundaries — Our contribution for an open specification for how services communicate their capabilities and constraints. Emerged from our work on agents.json and AI agent discovery, defining a standard for machine-readable service boundaries. We believe this is the missing piece for the agentic web.

Both are works in progress and we welcome contributions.

PAICE Pro v1 Live — Launch Announcement Tomorrow

PAICE Pro v1 code is live. The implementation includes Lemon Squeezy payment integration with live checkout URLs, token-based access with hashed storage (no accounts required), feature gating via the useProAccess hook, refund webhook handling for token revocation, and a reusable AssessmentHeader component. PAICE Pro adds analytical depth and development tools on top of the free assessment. The scoring doesn't change, but the lens does. At $29.99 one-time for 90-day access, it's our first step toward sustainable revenue while keeping the core assessment free forever. The official launch announcement goes out tomorrow (March 24).

Upcoming Whitepaper — In Peer Review

Our third whitepaper, "Closing the Collaboration Gap: A Behavioral Skill Framework for Human-AI Performance Improvement," is in peer review and on track for release at ISPI 2026 on March 31. Last week's video post previewed core concepts from the paper.

Platform Stability

Platform maintained 100% uptime with no incidents. All systems operating normally: standard and Confidential Mode assessments, results generation with on-chain attestation, cohort management, email notifications, and analytics processing.

This week: PAICE Pro v1 official launch announcement, continued daily content publishing, and finalizing the whitepaper peer review ahead of ISPI 2026 distribution.
