This is our 100th blog post.

When we published our "Hello World!" on October 15, 2025, we had no idea we'd reach this milestone in less than five months. What started as a way to share ideas about AI collaboration has become something much bigger: a record of building a company, developing a framework, and learning what organizations actually need.

The Numbers

Since October 15, 2025:

  • 100 blog posts published
  • 19 weekly updates documenting our progress
  • 7 video posts exploring governance, measurement, and accountability
  • 6 industry guides for healthcare, finance, education, legal, software developers, and insurance
  • Countless technical improvements, framework refinements, and product evolutions

What We've Built

Looking back through these posts is like reading a development journal. You can trace the evolution:

October 2025: The beginning. Explaining what PAICE is, why it matters, how scoring works. Posts like "The PAICE Framework: Five Dimensions of AI Readiness" and "What Your PAICE Score Really Means" laid the foundation.

November 2025: Infrastructure and community. MongoDB migration, multi-model support, our first whitepaper, the community and the company launch. The three-part ROI series showed we were thinking about organizational value from the start.

December 2025: Partnership focus. Program announcements, executive guides, governance frameworks. We were learning what organizations actually needed, while still in Research Preview Mode.

January 2026: Content acceleration. Accessibility, policy compliance, video walkthroughs. YouTube and podcast launch. The weekly update format evolved to focus on organizational value.

February 2026: NEARCON and beyond. Confidential Mode with TEE integration, the Privacy & Security Whitepaper, industry guides for regulated sectors. The transition to AI Capability Baseline.

What We've Learned

Organizations need visibility, not training. Every conversation we have confirms this. Teams don't need more AI training modules, they need to understand what's actually happening when their people collaborate with AI.

Privacy by architecture matters. The response to our Privacy & Security Whitepaper showed us that organizations in regulated industries are desperate for solutions that don't require them to trust vendors with sensitive data.

Behavioral measurement fills a gap. Usage dashboards show adoption. Training records show completion. But nobody was measuring whether people actually collaborate with AI effectively. That gap is where PAICE lives.

Consistency compounds. Publishing every weekday for five months seemed far too ambitious when we started. We thought we'd maybe last a month at that pace, but now it feels quite natural. The discipline of explaining what we're building forces clarity in our thinking. Providing open updates every Monday helps us stay accountable to our mission and on track with our roadmap. And when we started providing once a week videos at the start of 2026, we realized how much more engaging it is to see and hear us explain what we're leaning into and why.

What's Next

Post # 100 marks a milestone for us. We just launched the AI Capability Baseline, which is a streamlined program that delivers what organizations have been asking for: visibility into their team's AI collaboration patterns in 2-4 weeks. We're ready to serve more organizations than ever before.

The next 100 posts will document:

  • New cohort analytics at scale
  • International expansion with multi-lingual offerings
  • New paid features, such as the PAICE Gym
  • New whitepapers and research insights
  • The continued evolution of our methodology and tools
