PAICE.work provides behavioral scoring based on human and AI interactions. The Service generates scores and assessments across five dimensions (Performance, Accountability, Integrity, Collaboration, Evolution) based on your inputs and interactions with our AI system.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PAICE.work for its intended purpose.

You may:

Use the Service for personal or professional assessment
Export and share your own assessment results
Provide feedback to improve the Service

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Resell or redistribute the Service

4. Email Collection (Optional)

If you choose to provide your email address:

It will be encrypted at rest using AES-128 encryption
It will be used solely to send you your assessment results

Scores or assessments are perfectly accurate or reliable
Results will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Any errors or defects will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PAICE.work PBC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Business interruption or system failures
Personal injury or emotional distress
Decisions made based on Service outputs
Unauthorized access to your data

Maximum Aggregate Liability: $100 USD or the amount you paid for the Service (currently $0), whichever is greater.

11. Modifications
