**Accountability (failure navigation) is the hardest skill to master.** Most people score lower on Accountability than other dimensions because:

Your conversation is processed in real-time to generate your score, then discarded. We retain only:

Conversations are processed through the **Anthropic Claude API** per their standard commercial terms. Anthropic may retain data according to their policies. We use three third-party services, all with strong privacy practices:

Powers AI interactions during assessments. Conversations processed in real-time, not permanently stored.

**2. MongoDB Atlas**

Database for storing anonymized scores and session data. All data encrypted in transit and at rest.

**3. PostHog (Optional Analytics)**

Usage analytics for service improvement. Configured to use localStorage instead of cookies. Respects "Do Not Track" setting.

**No advertising or marketing trackers.** We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising platforms.

How do I delete my data?

Clear your browser's localStorage to remove user hash and session ID. This can be done through your browser settings.

**Assessment Data (Automatic):**
