Automated Browsers Blocked
For privacy and assessment integrity, PAICE automatically detects and redirects automated agentic browsers:
Agentic Browsers
Atlas, Comet, and other AI-powered automated browsers are not supported in production.
Automation Frameworks
Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, and similar automation tools are blocked to protect user privacy.
Why we block automated browsers:
- Protect user privacy during sensitive assessments
- Maintain research data integrity (measuring People+AI collaboration)
- Ensure fair resource allocation for legitimate users

- localStorage enabled (for session management only)
- Minimum screen width: 375px

Privacy-First Design
We use localStorage for analytics and session state. Anonymous users receive zero cookies. Authenticated users receive one functional auth cookie only — no tracking or advertising cookies. Do Not Track is respected.
Privacy-conscious users: Our analytics automatically disable when your browser blocks tracking. All features work normally regardless of your privacy settings.

Confidential Mode (Optional)
For users handling sensitive information, PAICE offers an optional Confidential Mode that routes all AI operations through Trusted Execution Environments (TEE)—hardware-isolated enclaves that protect your data even from the cloud provider.
