If you arrived here from AICred.ai, welcome! Below is a description of the collaboration between AI Cred and PAICE.work PBC. Please feel free to explore more about the PAICE standard, our mission and our research direction throughout this site.

Today marks the launch of AI Cred, a new way for individuals to assess and improve their practical AI fluency. Created by Jonathan Edwards (aka Limited Edition Jonathan) and Nate B. Jones, AI Cred brings an accessible, creator-friendly approach to understanding how people work with AI in real scenarios. It is fast, dynamic, and built for the way people actually learn.

As AI Cred enters the world, PAICE.work is excited to support their momentum in a lightweight and mutually beneficial way.

A simple alignment that strengthens both ecosystems

PAICE.work is a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to developing independent, behavior-based standards for People+AI collaboration. Our mission is to provide a trusted measurement foundation that can stand outside any individual platform.

AI Cred maintains its own scoring logic and adaptive user experience. They set their own questions, build their own flows and define the learning journey inside their platform.

To support transparency and trust, AI Cred has added a small reference in its site footer noting that its scoring framework is aligned with PAICE.work PBC standards. This does not affect how AI Cred operates. It simply acknowledges that its internal scoring model can be interpreted through an emerging independent standard designed to make capability signals meaningful outside any single product.

A joint research study on progression and skill development

Alongside the launch, PAICE.work and AI Cred are beginning a short collaborative research effort. The goal is to understand how individual AI fluency shifts over time as people interact with AI Cred’s assessments and learning pathways.

The study will analyze anonymized, non-sensitive performance data from AI Cred. There is no demographic data, no payment data and no personally identifiable information. PAICE.work contributes third-party analysis, interpretation and a translation layer that connects AI Cred’s internal scores to broader capability signals defined in the PAICE standard.

We plan to release a joint case study that highlights what we learned in January 2026, after the 45-day study window concludes.

Why this matters

AI fluency is not static. It fluctuates, stabilizes and grows as people gain experience. Likewise, AI itself moves at its own pace, evolving what is possible on a weekly basis. The better we can measure the human end of this progression, the more responsibly we can integrate AI into real work.

AI Cred focuses on giving individuals rapid insight into their skill patterns, and clear paths to increase their AI fluency. PAICE.work focuses on defining the independent standard of AI collaboration that makes those patterns comparable and interpretable outside the platform. Together, we get a clearer picture of how real people collaborate with AI in real contexts.

What comes next

As PAICE.work continues to build the independent measurement standard and AI Cred continues to refine its assessment experience, we look forward to learning what this early research reveals.
