Introducing PAICE Pro

Since day one, the PAICE assessment has been free. A 25-minute conversation that gives you an honest, behavioral measure of how effectively you collaborate with AI. That hasn't changed. Your PAICE Score is free, and it always will be.

But we kept hearing the same question after people got their results: "Now what do I do about it?"

Today, we're answering that question. PAICE Pro is now available.

What PAICE Pro Is

PAICE Pro is the development layer on top of the free assessment, for individuals. The free assessment answers "How effectively do you collaborate with AI?" PAICE Pro answers "How do you get better?"

The assessment doesn't change. The score doesn't change. What changes is the lens, you get deeper visibility into your results and the tools to act on them.

What's Included

Full 20-Subscore Breakdown

The free assessment shows your overall PAICE Score and your five dimensional scores: Performance, Accountability, Integrity, Collaboration, and Evolution. PAICE Pro unlocks the full picture for the first time.

Each dimension breaks down into four subscores. Accountability, for example, expands into Failure Navigation, Bias Awareness, Traceability, and Catastrophe Risk Management. That's 20 specific capabilities you can see, understand, and work on.

Why this matters: A score of 410 on Accountability tells you something. Knowing that your Traceability subscore is 280 while your Failure Navigation is 580 tells you exactly where to focus.

PAICE Pro tracks your assessments over time. Take the assessment today, again in a few weeks, and see whether you're improving, stable, or declining — across every dimension.

The history dashboard shows trend indicators for each of the five dimensions, so you can see whether your development efforts are working.

Why this matters: A single assessment is a snapshot. Multiple assessments reveal a trajectory. PAICE Pro turns snapshots into a growth story. Pair it with a structured development approach like the 30-Day AI Collaboration Development Plan and you can watch your scores respond to deliberate practice.

Actionable Improvement Resources

The free assessment includes tier-appropriate general guidance. PAICE Pro enriches those recommendations with specific external links and curated resources that connect directly to where you can improve. These will continue to expand as we expand our library of resources and value-added partnerships.

What PAICE Pro Is Not

Let's be clear about what this isn't:

  • Not "the full version." The free assessment IS the full assessment. Same conversation, same scoring, same rigor.
  • Not a subscription. One-time purchase, time-limited access. No recurring charges.
  • Not an account system. Your PAICE Pro code is your only credential. No email, no password, no profile.
  • Not a different assessment. Same assessment, deeper results.

We will never call the free assessment "limited" or "basic" because it isn't. PAICE Pro is additive — it adds analytical depth and development tools on top of a complete product.

Pricing and Access

$29.99 USD, one-time purchase.

Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase at store.paice.work. You receive a PAICE Pro code via email.
  2. Activate your code on paice.work/individual before or after your assessment. You have 90 days from purchase to activate.
  3. Access Pro features for 90 days from the date you first activate.

No account required. No payment information touches PAICE servers — Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing as our Merchant of Record.

Your PAICE Pro code works across up to 3 browsers, so you can use it on your work laptop and personal device without issues.

Privacy Unchanged

PAICE Pro maintains the exact same privacy architecture as the free assessment:

  • No account required — your code is your key
  • No payment PII on PAICE servers — Lemon Squeezy handles everything
  • No identity linking — PAICE cannot connect your code to your identity
  • Assessment results stored locally — in your browser, under your control

We built PAICE as a Public Benefit Corporation with privacy by design. Adding a paid tier doesn't change that commitment.

For Organizations: The AI Capability Baseline

If you're thinking about PAICE for your team, individual Pro codes aren't the best path. We offer the AI Capability Baseline — a structured engagement that gives organizations behavioral visibility into how their teams actually collaborate with AI. Coming soon: a small team option that bridges between the individual and the Baseline.

For now, there are two options:

  • Quick-Read ($3,600) — 12+ participants, 2-week engagement, cohort capability report with dimensional analysis and a 30-minute readout call
  • Full Baseline ($10,000) — 20-50 participants, 4-week engagement, executive readout, written recommendations, and priority support
