Pricing Updates
The Baseline offering now has a cleaner three-tier structure: Baseline: Team ($3,500, 12-20 people, 2-week engagement with 30-minute readout) as the entry point, PAICE Baseline ($10,900, up to 50 people, 4-week engagement with executive report and 60-minute review) as the core organizational offering, and Enterprise for larger cohorts. This restructuring makes the entry point more accessible for team leads who want a quick read before committing to a full baseline engagement, while preserving the depth of the full program for organizations that need it. The updated pricing is live at paice.work/baseline.
We've also aligned our PAICE Pro™ pricing for the upcoming PAICE Pro Packs (bulk purchase) option coming later this month, along with a major enhancement to the PAICE Pro product.
Technical Improvements
Portuguese Language Support
Portuguese (Brazilian, pt_BR) now available in production in Beta, adding 1,130+ lines across backend locales and frontend i18n. The implementation includes locale configuration, system prompts, detection patterns, manipulation data, and a Lusosphere PII region definition. This completes the Western Hemisphere language set: English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese now cover the native languages of every country in the Americas. The LLM-first detection pipeline proven in Urdu, Spanish, and French made this addition straightforward, with the architecture absorbing a new language without changes to the core assessment engine. We are actively seeking native-speakers to offer feedback on how this funtionality is working, and where we can improve.
Non-Assessment Pages Translation Plan
A structured plan for translating the broader PAICE.work site (beyond the assessment flow) was documented this week. The assessment and results experience is already fully localized in five languages. The plan covers the remaining pages in priority order, with the goal of full site coverage ahead of the EU AI Act's August 1st effective date.
Whitepaper Now Available to Read Online
The ISPI 2026 whitepaper, Closing the Collaboration Gap, is now readable directly on the site at paice.work/whitepapers, in addition to the existing PDF download. The read-online format makes the framework more accessible for professionals who want to share specific sections with colleagues or reference it during procurement conversations without requiring a download.
Platform Stability
100% uptime, zero incidents. All systems operating normally across assessments, results generation with on-chain attestation, cohort management, and multilingual routing.
What's Next
This week: PAICE Packs fulfillment pipeline (the last piece before launch), quarterly security audit covering new payment and multilingual attack surface, and SSR routing fix to bring pre-rendered page delivery from 47% to above 95%.
Q2 priorities: PAICE Packs launch, EU and US state regulatory assessment variants powered by EveryAILaw.com, German and Dutch language support, and SOC 2 audit preparation.

Why This Week Matters
The multilingual expansion is not a feature addition. It is a coverage expansion for the organizations PAICE is built to serve. A financial services firm running a cohort assessment across New York, Montreal, Mexico City, and São Paulo can now give every participant a native-language experience while receiving unified aggregate reporting. The signal quality improvement matters as much as the coverage: behavioral assessment in a second language conflates AI collaboration skill with language proficiency, producing data that is harder to act on. Native-language assessment removes that noise.
The repricing reflects a similar logic. The previous structure required organizations to commit to a full engagement before they could see what the data looks like. The new Team tier creates a lower-friction entry point for team leads who want a quick read before escalating to a full organizational program. That path from individual assessment to team read to full baseline is now priced to match how organizations actually make these decisions.
Thank You
Thank you to Muneeb for completing the Portuguese implementation and to Mohammed for the continued work on PAICE Pro infrastructure. Thanks to the L&D professionals, compliance officers, and HR directors who provided feedback on Tuesday's cohort rollout guide. And to everyone who has taken the assessment in Spanish, French, or Portuguese since Monday's launch and shared feedback on the localization quality: that input is directly shaping the next round of improvements.
