Weekly Update - March 2, 2026: From NEARCON to new AI protocol standards.

This week marked a significant evolution for PAICE.work. Fresh from NEARCON 2026 and the release of our Privacy & Security Whitepaper there, we're launching a streamlined organizational assessment program that replaces the Founding Partner Program with clearer structure, faster delivery, and more accessible entry points.

AI Capability Baseline

This week we subtly shifted from the Founding Partner Program to our new AI Capability Baseline. That's a streamlined 2-4 week engagement that reveals what training records and usage dashboards can't: how your team actually collaborates with AI. The official announcement is tomorrow.

Behind the scenes of PAICE.work, we've also been building and open-sourcing infrastructure that we use for our multi-agentic capabilities. This includes:

Skill Provenance - Metaskill for Agent Skills version tracking across sessions, surfaces, and platforms. Tracks identity, staleness, and intent inside the bundle. See more on GitHub. This is how we manage development of all the internal agent skills we're building.
Turnfile - A file-based protocol for allowing autonomous LLM agents to collaborate on shared codebases without real-time communication. See more on GitHub. This is just one of the many ways we're exploring multi-agent collaboration, and innovating new standards as we go.
AI Feature Tracker - A community-maintained tracker of AI capabilities across subscription tiers. See more on GitHub. This will play into a new feature we're building for PAICE.work for release later this month.

Technical Improvements

Blog Infrastructure Enhancements

Added subtitle field support to the sync-blog-artifacts script, ensuring YAML subtitles properly propagate to manifest.json and RSS feeds. This improves content discoverability and provides better context for readers scanning post lists.

Whitepaper System Updates

Updated the Privacy & Security Whitepaper with release date corrections and finalized the PDF/DOCX documents for distribution at NEARCON and beyond. Added supporting media assets including the featured image for the whitepaper release announcement.

Platform Stability

Platform maintained 100% uptime with no incidents. All systems operating normally: standard and Confidential Mode assessments, results generation with on-chain attestation, cohort management, email notifications, and analytics processing.
