AI Capability Baseline Program

The AI Capability Baseline program officially launched this week, providing organizations with a streamlined 2-4 week engagement that reveals how teams actually collaborate with AI. This offering makes team capability measurement even more accessible to all sizes of organizations.

Technical Improvements

Cohort Management System Phase 2

Completed comprehensive team assessment platform with token-based identity (leveraging the Hardguard25 standard), cross-device session persistence, and real-time analytics. Admin dashboard now includes participant management with CSV import/export, status filtering, color-coded score visualization, and live participation tracking. Organizations can now run structured cohort assessments with configurable retake policies, timezone support, and optional TEE-protected confidential mode.

Security Dashboard and System Monitoring

Fixed model cascade reporting to display actual provider versions instead of hardcoded values, added TEE cascade visibility for confidential mode monitoring, and implemented cascade metrics showing provider fallback patterns. System status page now uses dynamic model version lookup, providing accurate configuration data for compliance and audit requirements.

Blog Infrastructure and Content Pipeline

Refactored daily blog workflow with automated publication of future-dated posts, standardized content generation via blog post skill, and RSS feed XML escaping fixes. Reached 100th blog post milestone from first "Hello World" on October 15, 2025 to comprehensive organizational content in less than five months.

Platform Stability and Maintenance

Resolved rollup dependency build failures on Render, corrected CORS headers for admin token authentication, fixed database module imports, and updated cohort router prefix configuration. Simplified Confidential Mode UX in favor of cohort and URL-only activation.

Platform Stability

Platform maintained 100% uptime with no incidents. All systems operating normally: standard and Confidential Mode assessments, results generation with on-chain attestation, cohort management, email notifications, and analytics processing.

The Week in Numbers

  • 5 blog posts published (1 video + 4 articles including comprehensive change management guide)
  • 100th blog post milestone reached
  • 29 commits merged to main
  • 521 files changed with 135,327 insertions
  • Cohort Management Phase 2 complete with real-time analytics
  • Security dashboard enhanced with TEE cascade monitoring
  • 100% uptime, zero incidents

Why This Week Matters

The completion of Cohort Management Phase 2 transforms PAICE from an individual assessment tool into a comprehensive team collaboration platform. Organizations can now run structured AI capability assessments with their teams, track progress in real-time, and generate actionable insights through configurable analytics. All this while maintaining our privacy-first architecture and optional TEE protection for regulated industries.

Combined with the AI Capability Baseline program launch and our 100th blog post milestone, this week positions PAICE to serve organizations at scale while maintaining measurement rigor and governance readiness. The infrastructure is now in place to support everything from team pilots to enterprise-wide capability assessments.
