Siteline Is Open for Business
Six ways to find out how AI agents see your website, and what to do about it

PAICE.work is focused on measureing People+AI Collaboration Effectiveness. It's a reference implementation for how to instrument the People vector in our AI Posture maturity model. Today we're announcing a both free and paid offerings that instrument a critcal exterior of the Infrastructure vector. It's called Siteline.
Most websites were built for humans clicking links. AI agents read differently. They follow structured data, look for stable URLs, parse machine-readable surfaces, and bail when a site refuses to cooperate. Today we're announcing that Siteline is open for business. Siteline tells you what AI agents see when they visit your site, and there is now a path for every kind of buyer to act on what they find.
What Siteline Is
Siteline is the agent-readiness scanner from PAICE.work PBC. Point it at a URL and it returns a graded evaluation of how well your site presents itself to AI agents acting on behalf of humans. Think of it as Lighthouse for the agentic web.
Siteline scores four pillars, summarized as the SNAP rubric:
- Signal — does the site declare what it is, who runs it, and what it offers in formats agents can read (JSON-LD, agents.json, llms.txt, robots.txt)
- Navigate — can an agent find the right page, follow stable URLs, and understand the site's structure
- Absorb — does the content render in initial HTML, and does the site expose machine-readable surfaces (sitemaps, feeds, structured data)
- Perform — can the site fulfill agent intents (scan, search, contact, transact) without breaking on non-human traffic
The rubric runs against the live page, returns a grade with pillar-level scores, and surfaces specific findings with remediation guidance and confidence levels. It is model-agnostic. It does not require credentials. It runs in the open.
Why This Matters Now
Agents are starting to mediate buying decisions, vendor research, and answer-engine results. When ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or a custom agent recommends a product, summarizes a service, or routes a buyer, it relies on what your site exposes to them. Sites that are invisible to agents lose visibility regardless of where they rank in traditional SEO.
This is the gap PAICE.work measures on the people side. Siteline measures it on the surface side. Your team can be perfectly capable of People+AI collaboration and still have a website that refuses to talk to the agents your buyers are using.
The Six Offerings
Siteline now ships with six tiers, each named for a different kind of need. Most readers will start at tier one and stop where their situation fits. No sales call required for tiers one through five.
1. Free Scan — Anyone, Anytime
Free, one scan per domain per calendar day. Type a URL, get a grade, get findings, get remediation guidance. The full SNAP rubric runs on every scan. Results are cached so a domain returns the same evaluation across requests in the same day. This is the front door for everyone, and it always will be.
2. Monitoring & Alerts — $19/month
For SMB site owners who need ongoing visibility. Monitoring tracks one public website over time, alerts on regressions, and includes a monthly agentic-web landscape and tips newsletter. An annual discount is available. Useful after a baseline scan when the owner wants to know whether the agent-readiness score holds as the site evolves.
3. Hosted API and Remote MCP — $49/month
For developers and small agencies integrating the scanner. The hosted API exposes the same evaluation engine that powers the public scanner, with documented endpoints for scans, result retrieval, and grade-card image generation. The remote MCP server lets AI assistants like Claude call Siteline directly during agent workflows. Per-account, no per-request metering at this tier.
4. White-Label Reports — $499/month
For agencies reselling agent-readiness scans under their own brand. Branded, client-ready Siteline reports surface contextually through agency and report flows. The scanner does the work, the agency owns the relationship. Founding-agency pricing.
5. Full Audit — $899
For site owners who want a roadmap, not just a grade. The Full Audit is a multi-page assessment with scenario testing, platform-specific intervention planning, and implementation-ready artifacts. The free scan tells you what is broken. The audit tells you what to fix, in what order, and what each fix will move on the score.
6. Site Ontology Workshop — $2,499
For complex-site owners, redesign planners, and agent-channel leaders. Two two-hour online sessions plus one year of monitoring included. The workshop addresses content structure and taxonomy problems the scanner can detect but cannot resolve on its own: undifferentiated content, duplicate routes, incoherent heading hierarchies, ontology mismatches that confuse agents and humans alike.
How Siteline Fits the PAICE Portfolio
PAICE.work PBC is building toward an aggregated picture of how organizations actually work with AI. Three product lines, three different surfaces:
- People — PAICE.work measures how individuals and teams behave when they collaborate with AI
- Surfaces — Siteline.to measures how your digital surfaces present to the agents acting on behalf of humans
- Regulation — EveryAILaw.com tracks the obligations attached to both (more on this soon!)
You can adopt any one of these without the others. They share a posture (measurement before training, behavior before declaration, evidence before opinion) but each stands alone.
Getting Started
Run a free scan at siteline.to. Read the findings. If your situation fits a tier, the path is named and the price is published. Stripe is live; checkout works for individual purchases and subscriptions.
For agencies, regulated-industry teams, or sites with deeper structural problems, the audit and workshop tiers exist for a reason. Contact us through the path on the Siteline site and we'll scope it.
The agentic web is not coming. It is here, and it is reading your site right now. Siteline tells you what it sees.
